The Principle Directors of Klara have worked in the industry for more then 18 years witnessing massive changes in the way that consultants, recruiting agencies and HR interact. In the past few years there has been a tendency for many recruiters to offer a process driven service with little or no understanding of the technologies involved. Klara Consulting was formed in 2004 with a simple philosophy of ‘communication and service’. The ethos is that by partnering with our clients we are able to provide tangible benefits to everyone associated with that recruitment process.

Our aim is to build a relationship in which our customers know that the candidates we propose are highly suited to not only the vacancy, but also to the Company or indeed the environment. There is no ‘One size fits all’, at Klara Consulting we listen to our customers – and tailor a service suited to their particular need.
